At Choose2Move (C2M) Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology we see exercise as medicine. C2M, as a team, is committed to assessing each client’s needs in order to appropriately treat, manage and/or prevent a wide range of acute and chronic conditions through the relevant physiotherapy and exercise physiology treatments.
We are conveniently located at our own Private Studio (218 Lutwyche Road, Windsor Brisbane QLD). However, we also provide our physiotherapy and exercise physiology services throughout all of Brisbane, Walloon Medical Centre, and Rosewood General Practice. If you can’t get to us, we offer home visits and park sessions on a needs basis.

Practitioner Robyn McArthur is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a bachelor degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the Queensland University of Technology and an AHPRA accredited Physiotherapist, completing a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University.
Robyn completed practicums at the Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital – respiratory sciences and thoracic ward, Rockhampton Sub Acute and Chronic Care Rehabilitation Centre, and QUT Health Clinics for Exercise Physiology and has been practicing for 5 years. Since graduating with honours, Robyn has been working in her own private practice in Brisbane, as well as servicing rural areas.She also completed placements for Physiotherapy in Orthopedics Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital, Brain Injury Rehab at the PA Hospital, Musculoskeletal outpatient at Ipswich Hospital, Child Development Services for QCH, ICU and Cardiorespiratory at St. Andrews Private, Sports Physiotherapy in France and Private Practice.
Robyn believes that the appropriate application of physical activity can enhance anyone’s life, and she sees exercise as a powerful tool in the treatment and management of various health conditions.

Dean is accredited as an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist. He has completed 6 week placements in the Sub Acute Chronic Care Rehabilitation Unit in Rockhampton, QUT health clinics as well as a placement with us here at C2M Exercise Physiology. Dean has also completed his Strength and Conditioning coach qualification from ASCA as well as certificates III and IV in Fitness. He has extensive training experience in Muay Thai as well as Powerlifting.

Jake Gray is an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist and sports scientist who recently graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2020. Jake completed practicum placements at Science of Fitness, BodySmart Health and QUT health clinics. These placements enabled him to develop his clinical skills; delivering innovative, creative and engaging evidence-based exercise programs tailored to specific conditions. He has special interests in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic disease management.
